We mods are Super High School Level EXCITED to get this show on the road and get ya'll murdering each other left and right.

Now, the thing to know about Dahlia is that she's kind of like a pitcher plant. She lures you in with pretty colors and smelling nice and the next thing you know you're drowning in digestive acid. She's kind of an awful person if her long list of unpunished crimes ranging from grand larceny to murder is any indication. But she's just so sweet and pretty, she couldn't have possibly done any of those things! Look, she even baked cookies. Murderers don't make cookies.

Watch out, boys she has a history of framing boyfriends for murder too.

Hola amigos, my name is Mallo and I am bringing this...tentacled abomination to the game.

Maya is part human, part octopus, all weirdo. Some poor sap generations earlier in her family tree got roped into some highly controversial experiments meant to fuse human and animal DNA, and BAM! Tentacled descendants! Unfortunately health care for people like herself is understandably limited, and as a wanna-be doctor-slash-marine biologist Maya is a slave to the duality between her altruistic desires to help relieve the poor health conditions of her bay (which is home to many marine hybrids not unlike herself), and her selfish fascinations with wanting to cut everyone up and gaze lovingly at their innards.

She's a bit...tentacles-on, so ready yourself for examination upon first meeting, especially if you're non-human (though Maya won't be siccing her tentacles on anyone without prior permission from the players, I promise you that. Everyone else just gets intensely stared at and maybe begged to let Maya look inside their mouths and ears).

As for me, you can find me on plurk at creepyfries. This is the most reliable way of reaching me, but if you ever want some intense real-time plotting (or just to say "hi"/avoid one of plurk's rude techno-fail hissyfits) you can also find me on Skype under girldoesnothing.

Maya's name almost makes me wish I'd taken Dahlia from a later canon point so she could make awful associations with it.

HELLO HELLO ALL my name is Crystal and I am super excited for this game because MURDER, who doesn't love it?

I'm bringing in this guy by the name of Sam Erstwhile to the game. He's pretty much a timid and socially awkward young man who would rather spend his life in a dark corner of a library somewhere than actually interacting with people. He's very shy and can't fight to save his life, so he'll probably be found running away screaming like a girl when it comes to facing death and murder and all that good stuff. Sorry, guys, he'll be the worst when it comes to investigating anything.

He really loves fairytales, though, and can be found reading up all the books on them and just talking about them and reciting them by heart, so it's fair to say he's a little obsessed. He also has a younger sister he loves dearly, though...he won't be talking much about her, for certain reasons.

Anyways, if you want to reach me for plotting/saying hi/whatver, don't hesitate to plurk me over at vampirize! No AIM though, my computer hates it. Can't wait to get to know all of you wonderful people!

This is Veronica Madaraki, from the horror/comedy manga Franken Fran. She's your simple, Japanese teenager... who is also a biologically augmented super assassin. Created by her scientist father to guard him, and her home, against any threat, this little Frankenstein is equal parts fierce warrior and socially awkward teen. As such, it'll probably be difficult to befriend her at first, but this is a person you will want on your side.

Anyways, joking aside! I play the lovely Juniper Woods from the Ace Attorney series, specifically the most recent addition to it: Dual Destinies. She's a shy, sickly girl who wants to do good for others, and she's at least one person you can count on in this despair-ridden place to never betray you. Unfortunately, she's way too naive and trusting for her own good, so potential murderers, you can benefit from her too. It's a win-win for everyone, yay!

Hello! My name is Dal, it's good to meet you all; character-wise, I'm going to be bringing you Lysandre from Pokémon XY! For those who are canon-familiar, he's taken from Y version, as it's less of a logicbomb and general mess all around plot-wise; for those who are not...ahahahaha oh boy.

Lysandre comes from a long line of freakishly tall nobility, as he's directly descended from one of the princes of Kalos from way back in the day; however, he's got the benefit of being Royalty That Actually Does Something. He's a former trainer (as in the obtain-Dex-get-companion-go-out-into-the-world-try-to-catch-'em-all sort of trainer), though if he's asked about it he'll say that he's found it doesn't suit his lifestyle and he doesn't travel like that anymore; since then, he's studied under the most esteemed Professor in the region, and nowadays he runs his own labs that specialize in experimental research and technology. When he's not doing things like literally inventing hologram technology for kicks, he runs a café in his spare time, because clearly we can't go five minutes without a reminder that this is supposed to be PokéFrance; he's also in charge of an organization known as Team Flare, which specializes in acts of terrorism, grand larceny, having really questionable fashion sense, generally annoying the hell out of the region, and aspiring to commit mass genocide in the name of beauty, "mercy", and a healthy sense of why the hell not.

...yeah.

Maya is not that good with people either, only in her case she's ENTHUSIASTICALLY!! not good with people. She will be pouring said enthusiasm into violating all of Veronica's personal boundaries (enthusiastically!)

Clearly this should make for, uh...interesting interactions, to say the least. Assuming Maya doesn't scare her off first meeting maybe they will reach a point where they can be social by failing at being social together.

A shame that most people Veronica meets end up being killed by her (though they are usually soldiers and evil people. Usually.) And she's already had quite a few invasions of personal boundaries, mostly by her scientist sister. Ergo, go right ahead and make her as uncomfortable as possible. She's cute when she's flustered~

And if nothing else, Maya will certainly not scare her off by appearance. She's already friends with another certain tentacle lady.
