Goooooood day, darlings, and welcome to Dangan Roleplay Round 3! You survived the reservecopia and app process to land a spot in Hotel Murder for the next few weeks. We mods are ecstatic to see old and new faces among our cast this time around so let's get this show on the road!

The game is set to begin on Monday (6/15) with a mingle log where characters will wake up in their own personal hotel rooms with no memory of how they got there and a shitty stuffed animal telling them to go off each other to go home. How fun!

But before we send you all off to the Hotel Monofornia, let's get to know each other a little better, shall we? Feel free to use this post to introduce yourselves as players, plot with each other, screech incoherently, wonder what your characters did to deserve this, the whole nine yards. And don't forget to leave your contact information, should you want to give it! AIM, Plurk, what particular shorthand you use when sending out messenger pigeons, whatever's good for you.

Hello, everybody! My name is Silvie and I'm going to be bringing Ryoji Mochizuki from Persona 3 Portable. You might recognize me from Round 2, where I played Jay from Tales of Legendia. I'm really looking forward to playing with everybody, new and old! The best way to get a hold of me is on AIM at thewondertwit and at relares over on plurk!

Anyway, so about Ryoji. He's your resident SHSL Harbinger and he'll be staying in Room 108! (Sorry, he doesn't get the title either.) He's a goofy highschool student whose interests include cute girls, making cute girls smile, and taking cute girls out on dates. He's easily identifiable by his old-man suspenders and his super-long yellow scarf, which he wears everywhere. He'll claim it's not a leash, but feel free to use it like one to keep him in line. He's kind of a weirdo, but he means well! Please let him friend-date you. He wants to friend-date everybody.

Hi Silvie! I'm a bit canon familiar with the game, but not too much about Ryoji apart from what I hear from the fandom, so I'm looking forward to meeting him!

Ryoji's a really fun character! But I'm super biased, haha. I don't know much about Mother 3, except for the fact that it's great--so I'm really looking forward to meeting Duster too! Is he a dad type? He looks kind of like a scruffy dad type.

Duster's no dad he lives in his dad's basement but he does have a "Team Uncle" sort of aura. He's first try to befriend this teen since he seems friendly.

Maybe Ryoji can teach Duster how to use this weird technology?

It won't be hard! Ryoji loves people and is very easy to befriend.

He's from 2009, so the touch technology might trip him up a bit, but he can explain most other things. Kitchen appliances might end up... in disaster, though...

I am not familiar with Haruka's canon, but she looks super cute. And I think we all know what Ryoji's thoughts on cute girls are. (Can you have too many cute girls? I think not.)

She also really likes to act random and throw in intrusive non sequiturs, so don't be surprised if she suddenly starts asking about his showering habits or something. But attention is always a good thing where she's concerned.

I have only done Persona 4 with 3 on the list eventually but as soon as I saw Ryoji's design I just kept saying "he looks so cute!" so I look forward to playing with him, what a good character design. Bring on the weirdos, I love weirdos.

OH MY GOD, SCARF BUDDIES!! We have got to get it set up sometime where they trade scarves for a bit. Especially because his scar is so outrageously long and Allison is significantly shorter than him.

I love Ryoji's character design. It's just so snappy! And adorable. Who let this idiot dress himself. That was a mistake.

I'm looking forward to playing with Allie too! She looks like a major cutie-patootie. Ryoji is going to be doggedly cheerful in her direction. Friends.

I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A GOOD CAP OF ITS DESIGN because god is dead and hates me BUT REST ASSURED I SHALL it'll definitely be shorter on Ryoji and I THINK it has silly monster-eyes on it. Maybe. That might just be her backpack. Allie is a very hardcore child.

Look honey, she can help you with your clothes or wait no she can't because they can't go shopping hahaha but she'll probably inform you gently that something about your getup is unbalanced and spend the rest of their time at murderhotel trying to figure out what. Friends.
