Goooooood day, darlings, and welcome to Dangan Roleplay Round 3! You survived the reservecopia and app process to land a spot in Hotel Murder for the next few weeks. We mods are ecstatic to see old and new faces among our cast this time around so let's get this show on the road!

The game is set to begin on Monday (6/15) with a mingle log where characters will wake up in their own personal hotel rooms with no memory of how they got there and a shitty stuffed animal telling them to go off each other to go home. How fun!

But before we send you all off to the Hotel Monofornia, let's get to know each other a little better, shall we? Feel free to use this post to introduce yourselves as players, plot with each other, screech incoherently, wonder what your characters did to deserve this, the whole nine yards. And don't forget to leave your contact information, should you want to give it! AIM, Plurk, what particular shorthand you use when sending out messenger pigeons, whatever's good for you.

I'm not terribly pressed over any of it, so I'm sure it'll work out just fine.

...I mean, as fine as it can be given that Tsukiyama's probably going to insist on calling him Laertiades-san and trip over it every five seconds, but.

Ulysses will be telling everyone to address him by his first name if his last name ever comes up (since it's not his real last name).

The Japanese transliteration of Ulysses is ユリシーズ ("Yurishizu") if that helps at all. (I have no idea what the transliteration of Laertiades into Japanese is, and Google translate isn't helping.)

He's likely going to designate Ulysses as being either "you" or some permutation of "sir", depending on how he feels about him - he's...super-formal and doesn't really do first-name basis with anyone. Like, you know you've reached Supreme Best Friend status with him if you can make him drop the honorific when he talks to you, first-name basis is pretty much out of the question. (It's not you, it's him, in other words.)
