You asked for it, we're finally giving it to you! Say hello to the mastermind meme!

What does this mean exactly? It means your character is the one responsible for everything! They've been controlling Monobear from the shadows (or maybe they have an assistant to help them, possibly even one of your classmates!), they've been putting forth the motives, running the trials, all of it! And now they've finally chosen to reveal themselves and their true motives.

What are their motives? Why do they want to spread despair? Are they somehow connected to the late Junko Enoshima? And most importantly what is their snazzy Monobear-themed look like? You decide!

[Veronica takes another step back. She's starting to almost believe that he's telling the truth.]

It's not supposed to be about misery and despair, right? You're Super High School Level Positivity.

[He laughs again, shaking his head slightly as he approaches her again.]

What about me do you see that isn't positive? I'm the happiest kid in the world right now, you know!~ Ahaha!!~

[A sword is whipped out from under Veronica's cloak and she holds it out defensively.]

[He interrupts her with a sharp laugh that pierces through the air before turning into the most unsettling of giggling that he slightly stifles with one of his gloved hands.]

Oh I knew, I knew!~ Trust me, it wouldn't have been very surprising news.

[All this time... he had been lying. All the friendships gained, all the talks of hope and driving away despair... unbeknownst to Veronica, a tear was subconsciously brought to her eye.

Then, gritting her teeth, she pointed her blade at Jimmy.]

S-stay back! I will use this.

[He pauses, leaning back with a look of mild surprise.]

Oh! ...Now you wouldn't really try to kill me now, would you Miss Madaraki?

...Violence against the headmaster is strictly prohibited, you know~

[Her blade arm begins to shake a little, but she keeps it up. There's still concern in Veronica's eyes, but it's slowly, agonizingly beginning to fade.]

... B-but I'll protect everyone if I have to.

Oh don't worry! I'm not going to just kill you all right here or anything! That wouldn't be any fun at all!

[He tilts his head slightly, his wings lifting a bit.]

Just 'cause you guys know who's behind all this doesn't mean you have anywhere to go. What's stopping this game from continuing? I know you guys, my good friends....some of you still want to leave, and the only way you can leave is to graduate, ehehe...~

It's not like you can stop others from doing my job for me!

We can leave if we kill someone, right?

[She points her blade at Jimmy, a mixture of anger, and bloodlust in her eyes.]

And you know I only kill those who deserve it...

...But wait, what was that you said just now? .."I don't want to kill you Jimmy.."

[He smiles, his eyes rolling.]

Such a little liar you are! But that's ok....if it's a fight you really want...

[Jimmy suddenly snaps his fingers, a flaming sword appearing in one hand. He takes it tightly by the hilt, and the moment his fingers close around it an alarming change overtakes him. His smile fades into a horrible grimace, and animalistic snarl that is so awful it seems to be a far cry from any expression Jimmy Two-Shoes should be able to pull.]

Well! Who am I to deny my friends what they really want?!~

I don't want to kill you, but if you're going to do this...

[She pulls her other blade from her cloak and gets into a battle stance. Her eyes fall nervously on the flaming sword.]

Please, Jimmy, don't do this.

Do what? Kill you? Continue this little game of mine? Be specific!

[He snickers, rolling his shoulders slightly.]

I hope you understand that no matter what happens that I've already won! I got so much wonderful despair and misery out of you all...and while I wish you guys would keep it up, it looks like you're not gonna be so eager now that my secret's out....

But that's ok! We'll all be together soon anyway, even in death~

[Her grip on her glades tightened.]

And both. Jimmy, you've told us enough times, and now it's time to tell you.

[Jimmy perks, seeming gleeful that his own mantra is being shoved right back at him.]

I'm glad it looks like I did teach you a little something!~ Just like how you taught me how to throw knifes...

[He turns the still flaming sword over in his hand, the fire's light casting erratic shadows across his face.]

[The fire's light reflects off of Veronica's blades. Her face remains calm, despite the situation, though there's hints of apprehension.]
